Preshaped but should be sharpened properly before use. This graver features a round top, precision-ground parallel sides, and a narrow V-point angle for the cutting edge. A Parallel Bevel works best for deep, narrow V-cuts, stone setting techniques, and straight line engraving. This graver features two flat alignment areas on the shank for quick orientation in a QC Tool Holder. The set screws on GRS QC Tool Holders will contact the flat spots of the graver, ensuring that the graver is loaded accurately. Use with Round QC Tool Holder, 3.17 mm (#004-873).
