1.     Q. Where is NSG Sweden AB located?

        A. Our address is Västberga allé 36b.

 

2.     Q. If I want to sell or buy gold, how should I contact you?

        A. We do not buy or sell precious metals to private individuals. Please visit the Guldalliansen website to find a goldsmith near you who can help you with that. However, if you want to invest in gold, visit our website www.nsginvest.se.

 

3.     Q. How can I receive my order?

        A. We normally ship your shipment within 1-3 working days from when you have placed the order in the webshop. Depending on the content, weight, size and destination, we choose the shipping method and shipping company that we deem most suitable.

As a business customer, you can also choose to pick up your goods at Västberga allé 36B, 4 tr. Enter this at checkout with Pick up at NSG when you place your order. We will process your order immediately and send you an SMS when it is ready for collection.

 

4.     Q. How much does shipping cost?

        A. The shipping cost is calculated when your package leaves our warehouse and is therefore added to your order during invoicing. We apply the following shipping costs for orders                in the webshop:

1-2 kg 145:-

2-5 kg ​​200:-

5-10 kg 260:-

10-15 kg 300:-

5.     Q. How can I return an item?

        A. If you would like to return an item, please contact us before sending it back. The form you will need to fill out when returning it can be found here.

 

6.     Q. Why didn't I receive all the items I ordered?

        A. Most products in the webshop are in stock and are delivered immediately. However, some products may be backordered. In that case, the order confirmation will state if a product is not in stock. In the email where you receive the order confirmation, we will note if an item is not in stock. Please let us know if you would like us to backorder the item or if you would like to order at another time.

 

7.     Q. How can I pay as a customer with you?

        A. Corporate customers pay against invoice according to the current quote (regarding metal prices) and agreement regarding payment terms. In some cases, you need to pay in advance. Instructions for prepayment are emailed together with the invoice.

 

8.     Q. What do I do if I want to pay with the metal I have in my account?

        A. If you have metal in your account with NSG, you have the option to use it as part payment of your purchase when you buy precious metal products. The metal is deducted from the account upon invoicing and what is left to pay is then the manufacturing cost. If you wish to keep the metal in your account, uncheck the box upon payment, then you will be invoiced for both the metal and mold costs.

 

9.     Q. Where can I see the balance on my metal account?

        A. Currently, as a customer, you cannot see your metal account balance anywhere. You are welcome to call or email us and we will help you.

 

10.    Q. Why are the prices on the invoice different from what was shown in the webshop?

         A. The precious metal prices shown in the webshop are based on the indicative exchange rate that is set at 08:00 every morning. Your goods are then priced based on the current auction price, previously called the fixed price, on the day we ship the goods to you.

The price may therefore vary even if we ship the same day the order is placed. Also keep in mind that items ordered to measure must be cut to size and weighed, which means that the weight will normally change and the products will normally weigh slightly more after cutting than the calculated weight. Cutting costs may apply depending on the product and quantity. We will also calculate your price based on the quote that applies to your company. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to know the price for this before we process your order.

 

11.    Q. Can I use my discount code on all items in the webshop?

         A. Any discounts during campaigns and offers only apply to the standard prices of products that contain precious metals.
